Del, a.k.a. “Frankie D”, is a male R&B singer/ songwriter based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Having previously performed in various local groups and bands, Del set out to make his mark as a solo artist, showcasing his smoothly gruff and soulful singing style. Influenced by such classic R&B vocalists as Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Gaye, Eddie Levert, and Charlie Wilson of the Gap Band, “Frankie D” can funk it up with up-tempo R&B/ Hip-Hop, or slow it down with a sensual ballad. Del is also a member of DC-area based hip-hop trio, “The Co-oP”. Always energetic, always R&B………………
